In Wheeler v. Newport News Shipbuilding & Dry Dock Co., 43 BRBS ____, BRB No. 09-0570, Jan. 26, 2010 the Board held that an employer's direct payments medical providers does not toll the Section 22 one-year time limit, as payment for Section 7 medicals is not a payment of "compensation."
